In 1996 Mr. Fanch founded FiberNet, LLC, and 1999, Conversent Communications, LLC, each a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) that served the mid-Atlantic and northeastern United States, respectively. Mr. Fanch served as Conversent’s Chairman and CEO from June 1998 through the spring of 2000, and as Chairman through the successful sale of the company in June 2006. Mr. Fanch was also Chairman of FiberNet. In 2003 Mr. Fanch acquired Northeast Data Vault, LLC, a commercial data center located near Boston, Massachusetts.
In 2007, Mr. Fanch founded Viridian Capital Partners, an $80 million capital fund with investments in data centers, tower sites, a mobile marketing/technology company and one of the largest online wedding vendor advertising platforms.
He has also engaged in real estate development through various entities, most recently completing redevelopment of one of the last great historic buildings in Denver. He has also created Devil’s Thumb Ranch, an environmentally-friendly resort on 6,000 acres in Tabernash, Colorado. Travel + Leisure magazine recently named Devil’s Thumb one of the top 20 “sustainable” resorts in the world and the only resort in North America to be awarded this honor.
Mr. Fanch is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Clarkson University. He earned an MSBA-Finance degree from the University of Denver.

In 1999 she joined her husband to develop Devil’s Thumb Ranch, a 6,000 acre, 160,000 square foot Resort widely for its environmentally sensitive development. She has been involved in the strategic direction of the property and has overseen all marketing as Chief Marketing Officer. In 2011 she became CEO for the organization.
Ms. Fanch has a BS from Michigan State University in Public Affairs Management with an emphasis in Economics.

After the sale of FCI, Mr. Juracek was the CFO for Fibernet, LLC, a mid-Atlantic CLEC. Mr. Juracek actively participated in the management of the company and its successful sale in 2006. Fibernet, along with its sister organization, Conversent Communications, became one of the most successful CLECs in the country.
Subsequently, Mr. Juracek took a position as CFO for American Internet Services, a data center operator located in San Diego, California. Mr. Juracek remains involved with AIS, and has also been the CFO of Devil’s Thumb Ranch in Colorado and has assisted Mr. Fanch in his varied business and investment ventures. Mr. Juracek has an extensive background in operational accounting, acquisition accounting and due diligence, finance, information technology and taxation. He holds a BS from Luther College.

In 2006 Mr. Cyman was promoted to Vice President of Strategic Planning and Development and ultimately Chief Operating Officer for Devil’s Thumb Ranch and Colorado Mountain Resort Investors. During his tenure at DTR and CMRI, he participated in development design, land management and construction planning; new product development and general strategic planning for the property as well as the expansion of its facilities including 160,000 square feet of construction and property acquisition growth from 3,500 acres to the 6,000 acres in its footprint today.
Devil’s Thumb Ranch has been awarded a Responsible Development Award from the Environmental Protection Agency and a Best Green Development by Mountain Living Magazine as well as been named one of the Top Ten Environmentally Friendly Resorts in the World by Travel + Leisure magazine.
Most recently in 2009 through 2011, Mr. Cyman managed the mixed-use remodel, expansion and historic rehabilitation of The Saddleryone of the last great historic buildings in Denver to be renovated and redevelopedas well as the residential sale and tenant leasing programs for the building. Mr. Cyman has a BS in Public Affairs from Michigan State University with an emphasis in Economics.
